Left Brain/Right Brain, Inc. supports "giving back" to the community through active participation on community boards, providing scholarships, and offering internships to students from local colleges.

We offer an annual scholarship designed to provide financial aid to women and disadvantaged persons who demonstrate critical financial need and who require further education or training in order to achieve independence. This scholarship is entitled the "Kitty Strickland Shore Memorial Scholarship for Science, Technology or Business Related Fields".

We're proud to further support education initiatives through participation on Boards such as the Montgomery College Business Advisory Committee for Computer Applications, and taking a leadership role in the Montgomery County Collaboration Board (Montgomery County Board of Education and Montgomery College Board of Trustees) as a former president for the Information Technology Cluster Advisory Board. Left Brain/Right Brain, Inc. has provided internships for students in computer studies at Montgomery College, MD and Frederick Community College, MD. Students who have participated as interns at Left Brain/Right Brain, Inc. have gone on to successful careers in the information technology industry!
